Using a Service Lens to Better Understand Practices –and Vice Versa

Abstract Many studies of practices involve service exchange, and many researchers have discovered the central role that sociotechnical play in –in particular, within service-dominant logic school thought. In this paper, we propose an analytical lens builds on mutual interest to understand complex involving exchange. Practice can gain new insights regarding embedded ecosystems. At same time, better explain actor behavior by looking deeper at practices. We develop a concept toolbox based practice research literature. illustrate usefulness through interpretative case study public include children with disabilities leisure activities. Seeing as parts larger multi-stakeholder ecosystems 1) help us those how they are affected other overlapping practices, 2) brings forward importance value multiple actors need interact order create for each other, 3) enriches focus aspects studies.
